New College Park Restaurant Puts Twist On Southern Fare
College Park is becoming a hot spot for locally owned restaurants with amazing food and killer brunch menus that are #WorthDoing any day of the week. The Outpost Neighborhood Kitchen is the newest college park restaurant to join the Ivanhoe Village family and their southern fried menu items taste as good as they sound!
The old Dunkin Donuts location on 2603 Edgewater Drive brings the south to your mouth with a menu that just won’t quit. Their signature Southern B.L.T with crispy pepper bacon, bacon buttermilk aioli, and a thick sliced and seasoned fried green tomato are just a taste of what makes this new college park eatery #WorthDoing.
Outpost Brews Stay Local
Paying it forward to local businesses, the Outpost Neighborhood Kitchen’s selection of draft beers are majorly from Florida breweries. You can enjoy both beer and wine on tap with flights available for both. Half-bottle wine service will be available soon. The Outpost owner Julie Casey is a seasoned sommelier which means she is an expert in all aspects of wine service as well as wine and food pairing making sure every bite and sip in her restaurant is a match made in heaven.
The restaurant is still in the soft opening stages and will open for it’s first lunch shift on Tuesday, March 24th at 11am. Reservations are not available during this trial but walk-ins are encouraged for “patient people who are willing to let my team practice on them.”
