New Orlando Magic Entertainment Center Coming To Downtown Orlando
The Orlando Magic has launched a groundbreaking $200 million construction project that is going to WOW our fellow Orlandoans. The Orlando Magic Entertainment Complex is projected to be across from the Amway Center and you’ll certainly need to pick your jaw off the ground after you take a look. Although the timeline for this project hasn’t been announced, demolition has begun on the parking garage north of the Amway Center. The complex sits on 7.82 acres. The lot will include a 250-room hotel that will include convention/meeting space.
More Entertainment Opportunities Coming To Downtown Orlando
In addition to a hotel, the complex is projected to include 64,000 square feet of retail space, 100,000 square feet of office space, 250 residential units, and a parking garage! Holy HUGE! As mentioned in a previous blog, the Paramore district is undergoing a major facelift and Orlando will soon introduce the stunning Creative Village.
The complex will not only provide more entertainment #WorthDoing, but will also create more job opportunities for our Orlando community. Get ready Orlandoans, our economy is about to receive a massive, positive impact. The dining, hotel, and entertainment options continue to be endless for The City Beautiful.
