Swine And Son’s Provisions Opens This Spring
Located west of Cask and Larder at 595 West Fairbanks Avenue in Winter Park, Swine & Sons Provisions will be opening on Friday,April 3rd. This is the third restaurant in Winter Park from the James Beard-nominated husband and wife dream team and will reflect Cask & Larder’s sophisticated southern cuisine, Ravenous Pig’s innovative flare for modern fine dining, and introduce a novel takeout concept to Central Florida.
Charcuterie: prepared meat products, such as Bacon, Ham, and Sausage
Get your taste buds ready because this meat lovers paradise will specialize in charcuterie, butcher sandwiches, seasonally inspired homemade ice creams, signature spices and rubs, scratch-made biscuits, daily pastry offerings and more. Swine and Sons Provisions will also offer growlers of beer sourced from Cask & Larder’s Brewery including the Red Drum, IPA and Wit varietals along with a handpicked selection of boutique wines.
