Popcorn Flicks: One Million Years B.C. @ Enzian Theater

FREE and open to the public!

Co-sponsored by City of Winter Park & iHeartMedia

Sandwiched in between Bridget Bardot in Cannes and Jane Fonda in space lies one of the most indelible pop culture images of the last century: Raquel Welch and her fur bikini staring out into the world from the poster art for ONE MILLION YEARS B.C. Celebrating its 50th anniversary, this campy classic from Hammer Films features the iconic special effects work of OscarÒ-winning stop-motion master Ray Harryhausen (Jason and the Argonauts, Clash of the Titans) while telling the tale of a violent hunter who is exiled from his volcano-dwelling tribe and wanders the prehistoric land before discovering a more advanced (and far more attractive) race of people…who live at the beach, obviously! So bring out your blankets and chairs, and join the Florida Film Festival in saluting this classic adventure film.
