The Orlando Whiskey Festival is a thing and it’s April 16th
Attention all whiskey nerds and lovers! This weekend (April 16th ) an amazing experience is taking place that is well #worthdoing. Over 100 brands of WHISKEY will be available for you to sip and savory. The Orlando Whiskey Festival will be showcasing the new, the classic, and a few extremely limited bottling’s all inside the wall’s of Audi South Orlando for the 2nd annual Orlando Whiskey Festival. The event is limited to 500 people which is fantastic. The emphasis is on the experience and giving whiskey enthusiast a chance to rub elbows with true whiskey aficionados (like our familiar face, Michael Ring, whom we describe as “Whiskey King of Florida”) to ask questions.
IS IT WHISKEY? OR WHISKY?*
It depends on where the spirit comes from. In short, the spelling “whiskey” is common in the United States and Ireland. The rest of the world, including Japan, Scotland and Canada, uses “whisky.”
